How did we introduce Digital Office and stay together?
Postbank is the first company on the Bulgarian market after the developer Telenor Bulgaria to add the Digital Office mobile application to its portfolio for quick and easy internal communication – a tool facilitating the daily life of employees. The modern app literally “transfers the bank to the employees’ phones” and thanks to it they stay connected, and updated with news, events, and specials offers, internal policies, etc. – no matter working from the office or working from their homes. The unique “Thank you!” module, inspired by the Postbank’s corporate culture, was specially designed upon the team’s idea and request.
The Digital Office is a useful tool, which has become part of Postbank’s internal life. The bank reports increase in engagement and emotional commitment of the employees to the brand after the implementation of the application in the bank’s advanced technological infrastructure. The app allows the bank to manage its internal processes even more smoothly and efficiently. The special feature provided by the “Thank you!” module is among the most frequently used functionalities by the team. The launch of the Digital Office is a strategic decision because it was created for use by innovative, dynamic and modern people: the Postbank team.
The launch was at the end of October 2020, by now nearly 50% of employees have been actively using it, and thanks to a compelling internal campaign, 200 downloads have been registered for the first 4 weeks.
