Kole, Poluchi li?  (Kole, did you receive?)

Turn the defect into effect – one of the main, but hardest techniques in PR. However, it was our driving force when we created “Kole, Poluchi li?” (Kole, did you receive?) – a digital PR campaign, released by us, the PR team of DSK Bank. The communication has been implemented in July, 2020 due to a technical problem with DSK Bank’s mobile banking app.

We challenged people to suggest what Kole wanted and share their creative proposals in the Facebook post’s comments. The communication went viral. The results were achieved without any investments and we had earned publicity.

A traditional leader in retail banking, DSK Bank holds leading positions in both private and corporate banking. It is the financial institution with the largest number of clients in Bulgaria, first in trust among consumers of financial services.

Being a leader is a responsibility. We know that we work not only for meeting the clients’ financial needs, but also for their trust. Therefore, our campaign aimed to tackle the crisis caused by a technical problem and keep that trust.
