CompleteU is a seasonal campaign that showcases personal stories of VMware Bulgaria employees outside work proving an opportunity to be the complete you while working for VMware. The IT sector of the Bulgarian economy generates up to 5% of the national GDP with numbers of global tech and non-tech companies opening their software R&D destinations in Bulgaria. Since 2007 VMware Bulgaria is one of the first strategic players of the national ICT environment actively contributing to the educational, start-up, and technological ecosystem, helping local talents to join the world-leading technological company. The company grew from 170 to over 1500 employees in 14 years, being the largest VMware office in EMEA and third by headcount globally.
