10 years of Lidl Bulgaria

On the occasion of Lidl Bulgaria’s 10th anniversary, which was celebrated in 2020, we launched a large-scale and long-term internal campaign in the period June – December 2020. Its main goal was to engage and inspire employees and to thank them sincerely for their efforts during all these years and for contributing to Lidl’s success. Therefore, the overall internal communication was entitled “10 Years Together. Thank You!”

The campaign included the following types of activities:

  • Get into the 10th: an activity with which we invited all employees to become part of the jubilee vision for the 10th anniversary of Lidl Bulgaria.
  • Lidl Factor – the biggest colleague reality: activity in which all employees could nominate those colleagues who possess the Lidl Factor – the people who inspire and motivate them and who mostly deserve their recognition and gratitude. In the end, through employees’ voting, the 10 Lidl Factor winners were identified.
  • Gift: each employee received a gift for the company’s 10th anniversary
