In 2021, Shell celebrated an important milestone locally – 30 years on the Bulgarian market. During this time, the company has managed to gain the trust of consumers, to build sustainable business partnerships and to establish itself as an opinion leader, presenting a number of innovations and playing a key role in the industry with its support for the transition to a low-hydrocarbon future.
This significant anniversary was marked by a multi-channel communication campaign developed by M3 Communications Group, Inc., aiming to further strengthen the leader’s position of the company on the local market and boost its reputation, so that it could stand out among competitors. The campaign was realized throughout the whole year and included several signature activities – both external and internal, which successfully engaged all Shell’s target audiences: clients, business partners, KOLs, team members, media, and the general public. Thus, the company’s image as a responsible company with strong corporate values was further enhanced.
