AIBEST – SEE ITS Summit 2024

SEE ITS Summit 2024, the largest forum for innovation, technology and outsourced business services in Southeast Europe, held its fourth edition in Sofia, Bulgaria. Due to the growing significance of the Summit as a key industry platform, its format evolved in 2024, expanding to a two-day event for the first time. This edition also introduced a pre-Summit roundtable discussion, providing a dedicated space for policymakers and business leaders to address critical investment challenges and shape the future of the sector.

Under the theme “Unfolding Future Horizons,” the event explored industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, highlighting the region’s potential in technology and business services.

Organized by AIBEST and managed by d:istinkt, the Summit brought together leaders from high-tech companies, startups, government institutions, and investors across Southeast Europe.

AIBEST is an independent organization dedicated to growing the sourcing sector and positioning Bulgaria and SEE as a global leader in knowledge-intensive services and a top destination for highly educated talent. The association fosters industry dialogue, collaboration, and partnerships with government, local authorities, and educational institutions.
