Crowne Plaza Sofia – Grand Opening

The newly renovated Crowne Plaza Sofia, part of the leading international hotel chain IHG Hotels & Resorts, entrusted us to conceptualize and organize an event with their active participation that would unveil and showcase the hotel in a memorable and engaging way.
To ensure an exceptional guest experience and highlight the refurbished spaces, we created a custom-branded mini puzzle, encouraging guests to explore every corner of the hotel. Together with the Crowne Plaza team we organized an array of exciting activities, including gourmet culinary experiences, a cocktail show, live performances, and a captivating light show, taking place simultaneously throughout the hotel.

Thanks to the hotel’s technical capabilities, the formal part of the event was broadcast live across all the hotel’s restaurants and halls, allowing guests to stay connected while exploring the venue.

Together with the Crowne Plaza team, we welcomed partners, dignitaries and media representatives to celebrate the grand opening. A highlight of the evening was the exclusive performance by legendary Bulgarian singer Vasil Naydenov, while Camino Band set the mood at the Sky Bonsai Bar to close the night on a high note.
We produced a special discount gift card for each guest and the magnetic puzzle became a cherished keepsake.
