Enter Desislava Kostova in early 2024—a talent we knew was a star, but we had no idea just how brilliantly she would shine.

Coming from a different PR environment with a distinct approach, Desislava brought half year experience as a PR Executive Assistant and an year experience as a PR Expert. We expected she’d need time to step into her role as Communication Strategist at Propaganda. Instead, she stunned us from the beginning.

With her first project, she didn’t just deliver—she took ownership. She quickly gained the client’s trust, using her sharp consultancy skills to tackle every challenge head-on. In just three weeks, she achieved what often takes months or even years: she became an entrusted partner for our client.

A year later, Desislava (or just Dessy) is successfully growing one of our biggest clients’ businesses – Philip Morris Bulgaria, delivering impactful solutions and outstanding results.
