Smart Factoring entered the Bulgarian financial market at the end of 2023 with a mission—revolutionize how businesses manage cash flow by offering a technology-driven solution and a team of top-notch experts. However, Smart Factoring wasn’t just launching a new financial service—it was introducing an entire category to a skeptical market. Factoring, a proven cash flow solution worldwide, a service provided by banks, was virtually unknown in Bulgaria, and for those who had heard of it, the perception was sceptical.

We saw this as both a challenge and an opportunity. The challenge? Overcoming skepticism and building brand awareness and trust in a market that didn’t know it needed us. The opportunity? Build a strong reputation as the undisputed leader in factoring—owning the conversation and making the Smart Factoring brand synonymous with financial flexibility.

Our corporate communication strategy focused on strategic media positioning, educational social media content, credibility-building, thought leadership, growing our own KOLs and cultivating an efficient network of partners. The result? Today, Smart Factoring isn’t just leading the conversation on factoring—it is the conversation.
