IG-Health, Dr. Ivelina Gerova – Health Without a Pause

Through her company IG-Health, Dr. Ivelina Gerova is committed to improving public awareness and understanding of menopause in Bulgaria. As the founder of IG-Health and the Bulgarian Association for Andropause and Menopause (BAAM), she is dedicated to providing medical information and practical support to women, their families, and employers. Through media appearances, interviews, conference lectures, and training sessions, she strives to foster a more informed and open conversation about menopause as a natural stage of life.

As part of IG-Health’s initiatives, Dr. Gerova also advocates for better support for women experiencing menopause in the workplace. Through specialized training sessions for employers and employees under the theme “Menopause in the Workplace,” she helps create a more informed and supportive work environment.
