She’s Next: Launching the global program in Bulgaria

The She’s Next initiative is Visa’s flagship program aimed at empowering women entrepreneurs by providing financial support, mentorship, and networking opportunities to help grow their businesses.

While the program follows Visa’s overarching international framework, its specific structure, implementation, and communication were uniquely tailored by AMI Communications team to address the local needs of Bulgarian women entrepreneurs.

In Bulgaria, the program combines a competition for women-owned businesses, a three-month mentorship program for 15 finalists, and a pitch day where three winners receive Visa financial grants.

By addressing challenges such as limited access to resources, funding, and structured support, She’s Next builds confidence, skills, and a robust community of women entrepreneurs. Through this comprehensive approach, Visa fosters long-term business growth and promotes inclusivity in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
