In 2024 Yettel launched an image employer branding campaign aimed at transforming its perception from а telco retailer to a technology company. The primary goal was to establish Yettel as an employer of choice in the tech industry, emphasizing its commitment to innovation and its people-first culture. The campaign, titled “Super People. Super Technologies”, aimed to communicate Yettel’s strongest asset – its employees – while also showcasing its technological side through an attention-grabbing approach.
The initiative was designed with a strong internal focus, aiming to recognize and celebrate employees as Yettel’s greatest strength. Through a series of engaging activities and innovative technology, including the use of AI-generated avatars, Yettel empowered employees to be the face of the campaign, positioning them as the true superheroes behind the brand. The campaign not only reshaped the company’s identity internally but also fostered a deeper sense of community and pride among employees.
