In 2024 Yettel launched an image employer branding campaign aimed at transforming its perception from а telco retailer to a technology company. The primary goal was to establish Yettel as an employer of choice in the tech industry, emphasizing its commitment to innovation and its people-first culture. The campaign, titled “Super People. Super Technologies.”, aimed to communicate Yettel’s strongest asset – its employees – while also showcasing its technological side through an attention-grabbing approach.

The campaign unfolded not only as an ATL campaign but also as a year-long internal campaign and one of Yettel’s key employer branding projects in 2024.
