The nationwide journey of goodness: You&Lidl for a Better Tomorrow/ Interimage for Lidl

You & Lidl for a Better Tomorrow 2024-2025 is a CSR initiative that not only supports good causes but also builds long-term connections between businesses, civil society organizations, and local communities.

This year the program has funded 40 projects with BGN 370,000, reaching nearly 2 million people in 20 locations. The categories covered key social areas:

  • #BeLocal, cultural heritage preservation & community initiatives
  • #BeFair, social inclusion & support for vulnerable groups
  • #BeGreen, sustainability & environmental protection initiatives
  • #BeActive, promoting an active & healthy lifestyle
  • #BeVocal, journalism & media projects on critical social issues

Interimage launched a comprehensive communication strategy with media publications, direct outreach to partners and NGOs, influencer collaborations, SoMe activations and a Live Shopping event to show how every Lidl customer contributes to the initiative.

For a transparent and accessible application process, we organized a specialized online training for over 300 participants, where key partners explained the selection criteria and answered questions. This led to a rise in high-quality applications.

After the announcement of the raised funds, the campaign took traction through press releases, partnerships and personalized communication with stakeholders.

The campaign warming up the 2025 edition of the program culminated in January 2025 with an event bringing together media, partners, institutions, and winning organizations.
