United we stand: One Movement by Allianz

ONE MOVEMENT is an internal communication initiative by Allianz Bulgaria aimed at fostering unity, engagement, and a shared vision among employees. Held on December 9-10, 2024, at Hilton Sofia, the event gathered over 150 employees, senior management, and ambassadors to drive cultural transformation and strengthen internal collaboration.

The initiative focused on:

• Business improvements and innovation
• Personal growth and learning
• Stronger connection between leadership and employees
• Enhanced employee engagement and workplace perception

Built on the values of Focus, Openness, Commitment, Courage, and Respect, One Movement enhanced Customer Centricity, People Engagement, and Community Development.

Key agenda highlights included leadership keynotes, interactive workshops, sustainability innovations, and employee recognition awards.

The campaign successfully created a sustainable framework for long-term cultural change, with 88% of employees reporting improved collaboration and 40+ initiatives launched to support Allianz Bulgaria’s transformation.
