Mastercard Day is a service that rewards every customer with 10% cash back on dining out or food delivery after paying with their Mastercard. This special offer is valid on the 1st day of every month.

For its final edition of 2024, on December 1st, Mastercard Day transformed into a special community-engaging celebration in the heart of Sofia “Christmas Day at the Five Small Corners” – a festive celebration inspired by Christmas symbols, kindness, community, small businesses, and the amazing people of The Five Small Corners! Priceless.

Throughout the day, the five streets leading to the intersection of the emblematic Five Small Corners square were closed to traffic, transforming each one into a space filled with Christmas messages and activities: Taste, Support, Decorate, Give, and Share. The highlight of this Christmas magic was the 9-meter-high Christmas tree levitating above the square, adorned with strings of warm lights.

Especially for this day, Mastercard included all small businesses in the area, even those not offering food and drinks, to encourage everyone to buy gifts and support local vendors.
