Founded in 2001 as a boutique PR agency, All Channels Group has grown into the largest independent communications group in Bulgaria, employing over 70 professionals across six specialized agencies in Sofia and Vienna.

Our structure integrates PR, advertising, activation, media planning, digital, influencer marketing, and proprietary software development – allowing us to plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns as unified strategic systems rather than isolated services.

In 2025, we strengthened this ecosystem with two key structural innovations:

• Creators Hive – a dedicated influencer agency built on the belief that influencer marketing requires long-term strategic architecture and brand-building logic, not one-off collaborations.
• Fat Robot – our in-house software company developing CRM systems, financial tools, and campaign-tracking platforms tailored specifically for communication agencies.

This integration of communication strategy and technological infrastructure ensures transparency, measurable performance, and operational excellence.

Our cross-disciplinary model was validated in 2025 when we won Media Agency of the Year at the local festival FARA with a campaign reaching 97% of Bulgarians on a limited budget – achieved through PR-first thinking that combined a strong creative idea with precise stakeholder orchestration and earned leverage, rather than heavy paid investment.
