Following a massive 30% production increase and the opening of its state-of-the-art facility in Plovdiv, BTL Industries, a global leader in medical equipment manufacturing, faced a critical challenge – high-volume recruitment drive during the “summer dead season”.

Traditionally a period of professional inertia in Bulgaria, July and August present a significant barrier to attracting top-tier talents. Then, our agency, M3 Communications Group, Inc. came with the “BTL IS THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU” campaign that was strategically designed to dismantle this seasonal stagnation and attract over 120 new talents to the BTL Industries’ team. Utilizing a synchronized 360-degree approach, the campaign positioned BTL Industries Bulgaria as a key local employer fostering Bulgarian talent and driving regional economic growth.
