Romanian-born internationally recognised executive creative leader with deep expertise in PR and communications.

She became Managing Director of Ogilvy PR Bucharest at 26, and at 30 founded her own creative PR agency, The Practice, which she later sold to Publicis Groupe (and is now MSLGroup The Practice Romania).

Since moving to London in 2013, she has held senior creative leadership roles across top agencies, most notably serving as UK & EMEA Chief Creative Officer at Weber Shandwick.

Known for shaping brands through ideas with cultural and commercial impact, her work has been awarded at Cannes Lions, the Global and EMEA SABRE Awards, and many other international and local award shows. She is a frequent juror and speaker at leading global creativity and PR festivals.

Gabriela also runs WINGS Creative Leadership Lab, her international training practice dedicated to elevating creativity across communications agencies and marketing teams.
