With no prior experience, her potential was evident immediately. In less than 6 months, her performance earned her a permanent role — the first time in our agency’s history that an internship evolved into full-time employment.

Early on, she demonstrated initiative beyond her role by co-creating our internal industry newsletter. She quickly carved out her niche as our Gen Z influencer expert through sharp research and strong intuition for creator matches. She naturally evolved into a driving engine behind the development of our UGC agency — a new strategic business direction for us — accelerating its foundation through creator research and database structuring.

Then came Drink Rink — one of our most complex campaigns. Tsvetelina became its strategic and operational backbone, leading influencer coordination and aligning teams. The campaign delivered +394% sales vs. plan, proving her ability to drive tangible business impact.
