BAPRA with a new Board of directors and Ethics Committee

At the annual general meeting of the Bulgarian Association of PR Agencies (BAPRA) held yesterday, new members of the Board of directors and the Ethics Committeee of the BAPA were elected.

Alexander Hristov, a managing partner of Paragraph 42, took the position of Chairman of BAPRA, and Iva Grigorova, managing director of MSL Sofia part of Publicis Groupe Bulgaria, was elected deputy chairman.

The composition of the management board included proven specialists, some of whom are on it for the first time. These are Stella Errera from Key Experts Group, Svetlana Savova from V+O Communication, Todor Janev from Janev and Janev, Maxim Behar from M3 Communications Group, Inc. and Boris Stoyanov from All Channels Communication Group.

"We will continue to work actively to raise the level of our profession and to strengthen the role of PR agencies in business. We have a lot to do, and I believe that with the new Board of directors we can achieve a lot. We have a combination of fresh forces and continuity, which is a great prerequisite for success," said Alexander Hristov, chairman of BAPRA for the term 2022-2024.

The General Assembly also elected members of the Ethics Committee of BAPRA for the same term - they are Nikolay Nedelchev, Desislava Panteleeva and Maria Gergova-Bengtsson. At its first meeting, the commission must elect its chairman. Diana Pazaitova and Alexander Durchev were elected as reserve members.

The General Assembly also accepted a new associate member of BAPRA - IMG PR & Communication, part of the Internet Media Group.
