One Coca-Cola Hellenic Sofia Campus Employee Communication
The challenges of 2020 imposed a new reality where all employees were faced with new ways of working. The sudden and swift change in daily work routines required a new adapted approach in the employee communication.
To respond to the Covid-19 pandemic circumstances Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria made a step change in the internal communication, by bringing it to the very forefront in the leadership agenda and building a comprehensive employee communication and engagement plan for all 3 Coca-Cola Hellenic entities, operating in Sofia- two of them Group structures, providing business impact for 28 markets across Europe.
The new employee communication strategy at Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria was built on our strong belief that people are at the heart of our organization and their wellbeing and engagement is critical to achieving our customer centric agenda. The focus on our communication was streamlined in three pillars: providing regular updates on social and business dynamics within the pandemic, reassuring the employees by proving guidance on effective remote working and support to protect their health and wellbeing, as well as maintaining their connection with the teams and engagement with the business agenda in a remote environment.
