PR Play was founded in 2003, and over the past 18 years, has gained serious experience in communications in the fields of agriculture, finance, European integration, etc. and has established itself as a leader in healthcare and pharmacy communications.

We are a team of just 5 people, but we takes care of most of the leading clients and campaigns in the health sector. In March 2020, the pandemic resulted in all events – which account for close to 40% of the agency’s turnover – being cancelled. This meant that quick and flexible decisions about changes had to be made. These involved re-orienting about 95% of activity toward an online or hybrid environment, setting up and upgrading existing channels in social networks, expansion of the share of consulting services, as well as activities related to crisis and internal communications. The shrinkage of the core team was offset by an increase in work with freelancers and subcontractors. The results were not long in coming and we managed to implement 28 significant initiatives, despite the limitations arising from the pandemic. We created 13 videos for the purposes of the campaigns, distributed more than 100 press releases and arranged 86 interviews free of charge. Adequate management decisions and rapid adaptation to the changing environment led to a 12% increase in the agency’s turnover at the end of the year, irrespective of the economic challenges. Moreover, in 2020, we won the business of two large companies, Bayer and Medtronic.
