Paysafe loves tech

In February 2020 before the outbreak of COVID-19 hit Bulgaria, we (United Partners) were in the middle of creating and executing an employer branding and recruitment campaign for our client Paysafe. The company is a leading specialized payments platform, recognized as the largest software company in Bulgaria according to the annual Capital 100 ranking (2020). Paysafe has a team of 1300 employees in Sofia, 300+ of which software engineers who develop the company’s digital wallets – Skrill and NETELLER. In that period Paysafe was expanding its software teams and was looking for developers to work on the creation and implementation of innovative functionalities in the infrastructure of the digital wallets. For creating the strategic framework of this campaign we used data from a regular survey conducted among the new joiners and a focus group consisted from developers at Paysafe. 95% of the new employees shared that among the top 3 reasons to join the company were the Paysafe’s culture and the recommendations from close friends. In our campaign we wanted to emphasize on the importance of the company’s values and the pillars that unite the local team and distinguish it from the competitors on the market. In order to promote the values and the outstanding working environment, we combined these insights into the campaign concept. As main characters we used real developers from Paysafe’s teams.
