Yusur Al Dabbagh

Co-Founder of Rouya Consultancy. Al Dabbagh has more than 15 years of experience in Communication Strategy and Public Relations for government, private businesses, and not-for-profit cultural organisations. Al Dabbagh has been instrumental in the launch of several key projects in the UAE and the Gulf region, including Cinema Akil, Jameel Arts Centre, and 1971 Design Space. She founded Rouya in 2017 to offer contextualised PR & content services across all sectors in the region. In addition to that, Al Dabbagh is an IPRA Board Member and a member of CIPR.
