In 2023, M3 Communications Group, Inc. was entrusted to organize a Roadshow across Bulgaria’s major cities to recruit drivers for DISCORDIA. The project aimed to raise brand awareness, highlight the company’s advantages, and offer a personalized and transparent approach to talent acquisition, unprecedented in Bulgaria’s transport sector. The Roadshow showcased tailored events to entice drivers nationwide, providing insights into DISCORDIA’s company culture, benefits, and options for professional development. The goal was to inspire professionals to join DISCORDIA, emphasizing its commitment to its drivers’ well-being and growth, offering full transparency to attendees.
Above all, the series of events chased & achieved a main goal – to inspire workers in the sector to join the team of DISCORDIA and discover the perks of working for a company that cares for, develops, and trusts the pillars of this business – the professional drivers.
