Senior strategist and consultant with nearly 30 years of experience in journalism, public relations, and strategic communication.

He began his career as a journalist in 1996, working in television, radio, and print media, where credibility, accuracy, and public trust were essential professional values. He later transitioned to corporate communication and independent consultancy, collaborating with companies, NGOs, public institutions, and universities.

He has held a long-standing leadership role within the Romanian Public Relations Association (ARRP), serving as Vice President between 2014 and 2022, President from 2022 to 2024, and again as Vice President since 2024. In these roles, he has actively promoted ethical standards, professional responsibility, and trust-based communication.

Cătălin frequently moderates conferences and webinars and serves as a jury member for international communication awards. He is currently pursuing doctoral research focused on “Strategic Communication for Organizational Sustainability”, exploring how trust, transparency, and stakeholder engagement function as key drivers of long-term organizational resilience.
