“(In?)Vincible Pandemics – Obesity” is a national communication campaign designed to expose a silent yet growing crisis with profound consequences for public health, social equity and economic sustainability. The initiative challenged the entrenched perception of obesity as a matter of personal choice or appearance and reframed it as a chronic disease and systemic societal problem – one that already costs Bulgaria nearly 9.4% of its GDP.

Implemented by M3 Communications Group, Inc. for the Obesity Coalition, the campaign brought together leading medical experts, economists, patient organizations and key institutions in an unprecedented, evidence-driven public dialogue. Through the development and launch of a national expert report, a high-profile press conference and a parliamentary roundtable, the initiative successfully moved obesity from the margins of public attention to the top of the public and policy agenda.

The campaign laid the groundwork for a comprehensive National Obesity Program and demonstrated the power of strategic communication to drive long-term societal and policy change.
