Interimage transformed the traditional annual managers’ meeting of Lilly Drogerie’s into a strategic internal communications, employer branding and leadership development platform designed to strengthen alignment, reinforce culture and elevate managerial capability across a decentralized retail structure. Lilly Forum 2026 gathered 200+ store managers and leadership team under a unifying concept developed by the agency – A Team Who Inspires. The two-day forum was designed not merely as a reporting event, but as an internal communication ecosystem integrating strategy, recognition and leadership empowerment. The Agency developed the full architecture: from concept, narrative framework, leadership messaging, award system, experience and engagement flow, visual identity, to full event execution and post-event internal content. Lilly Forum 2026 combined strategic business presentations, recognition ceremonies, partner showcases and exhibition area and a gala dinner celebration into one cohesive experience designed to reinforce corporate culture, motivate teams and strengthen collaboration with partners. The forum repositioned an internal corporate seminar from a mere operational update to an immersive brand experience and a cultural and leadership catalyst — reinforcing shared values, managerial ownership and Lilly’s identity as a performance-driven, people-centered employer.
