Over the last 20+ years, Neil has built and led specialist social media and influencer teams at top Creative, PR, and Media agencies, including Havas, Golin, SEC Newgate, and Way To Blue.
He has shaped the social marketing landscape from its earliest days—navigating the era of Friendster and MySpace—through to today’s dynamic platforms like TikTok and immersive gaming worlds like Fortnite.
In 2024, he founded movement, a social-first creative agency with a mission to move audiences emotionally and into action, create work that transcends feeds and screens, and advance society forward through bold, meaningful creativity.
Prior to launching movement, Neil served as Managing Partner for Social and Influencer at Publicis’ MSL, where he designed influencer programs for global brands such as Renault, Crocs, Subway, Technics, and COTY. Over the course of his career, he has collaborated with Coca-Cola, TikTok, PlayStation, and Unilever, and even helped introduce One Direction to the global stage (for which he remains eternally apologetic).
