Victoria Apostolova
Finding the right young talent who not only grows fast but also elevates the work of the entire team is rare. Find her at the verry start of her journey and giving her the wings to fly – priceless.
Victoria Apostolova is our home-grown talent – she joined Propaganda Group as an Intern in Q3, 2024 – curious, observant and quietly determined. By mid-2025 she had already stepped into the role of Junior Communications Strategist—not as a routine promotion, but as recognition of the impact she was making.
She brings more than enthusiasm. She brings a distinctive way of thinking, writing, and managing projects. Her ideas are never generic—shaped by a sharp Gen Z sensibility, strategically grounded and expressed through a refined PR voice. Her writing is insightful, purposeful, and instantly recognizable: it doesn’t just inform, it tells a story, builds an image and carries emotion.
What truly sets her apart is the trust she creates—within the team, with clients, and across every project she leads. Detail-driven and intuitively responsible, she anticipates next steps, structures processes, manages timelines with precision, and perfects even the smallest element without losing sight of the bigger strategy.
In less than a year in a strategist role, Victoria became a key part of projects for some of the agency’s largest and most demanding clients – Philip Morris, KPMG and Pernod Ricard. Not because she was asked to, but because she proved she can be relied on.
She is not just a fast-growing professional. She is a young communicator who already elevates working standards. And that is what makes her a true rising star.
