Biologique Recherche is a French luxury cosmetic company, offering customized protocols and expert consultancy. The PR communication aimed to extend the brand positioning in the wellness sector.
In 2021, our PR approach was about building a community from brand’s experts and customers to talk from personal experience. The content focused on how BR delivers wellness thanks to its unique methodology. We did customer’s stories with “no makeup photo sessions” to reveal the strong product results. Some of brand’s customers are influencers, so we used their SM channels to engage with other women. For strengthening BR community, experts shared content across their salon’s SM channels. We supported the plan with several digital activities – playlists in Spotify, a virtual calendar for wellness tips to boost the personalized experience. Our community is nothing without the customers, so main part of the activities was b2b events like a network dinner with BR’s Founder with the partners, event for media and influencers for new products launch, partnering with Sofia Women Golf Tournament, and co-partner events for the customers of SSG Jewelry.
PR results exceed yearly KPIs. Achieved brand mention value was 77% with 93% prominence PR Value Score 63, which is an Excellent on the methodology scale.
