Do you speak Paysafe? – lead generation recruitment campaign for CS

In March 2021, one year after the outbreak of COVID-19 hit Bulgaria, United Partners was briefed to create and execute a digital lead generation recruitment campaign for their client Paysafe. The company is a leading specialized payments platform, and its core purpose is to enable businesses and consumers to connect and transact seamlessly through industry-leading capabilities in payment processing, digital wallet, and online cash solutions. Paysafe’s team in Bulgaria consists of 1400+ employees, 220 of which are customer service (CS) experts. Due to imposed safety measures such as social distancing and regular lockdowns people were spending more and more time at home. This quickly became a boring and lonely experience. During a time when all live events are postponed or conducted entirely digital, we needed a stand-out approach to attract as many new CS hires as possible. United Partners wanted to reach the target group of foreign speakers in Bulgaria, via a fun virtual experience based on gamification. That is why United Partners organized 4 online quiz nights in foreign languages (English, German, Italian and French). As a result of the campaign Paysafe managed to increase its CS team with several new employees.
