Short Description
Melexis is a global supplier of micro-electronic semiconductor solutions and stands for engineering that enables the best imaginable future. Melexis’ products are used in industries such as automotive, smart buildings, medical, etc. More than 600 people are working in the company’s site in Bulgaria, which makes it the biggest one globally. United Partners started working with Melexis in July 2018 when the company announced the launch of an ambitious 5-year building expansion plan aiming to further extend the manufacturing space, R&D, and warehouse facilities in Sofia. In 2018 the agency focused on developing the company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and laying the foundations of its Employer branding strategy for Bulgaria. In 2021 with the final preparations for the opening of the new building and the announcement of 160 new job openings, UP was challenged to implement the EVP into an extensive Employer branding strategy. It was divided into 3 waves, each with a different focus according to Melexis recruitment needs. A key asset in all waves were the employees and their personal stories which made the strategy entirely people-centric. The agency experimented and come up with a comprehensive and creative approach in order to reach all target groups. The EB strategy was a combination of offline and online communication channels and UP managed to deliver exceptional results by executing it.
